You should see an art therapist if you enjoy creativity and want to gain a deeper insight into yourself. Art therapists are trained in therapy and the arts and can provide insight into your creations and help you understand certain aspects of yourself. It can help with physical, mental or emotional problems. Some people who believe they have no particular issues see an art therapist to gain better insight into themselves. Art therapy uses many different mediums to explore your creativity. This may include painting, drawing, dance and music.
