Glenn is a qualified and registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Reiki II practitioner; with a degree in Chinese Acupuncture and a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Chiropractic Care.
Looking for a bodywork modality that was gentle on the body, she did the 2 year Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Training with Paul Vick and Ged Sumner of UK-based Resonance Trainings in 2005.
In 2008, Glenn participated as a Training Assistant on the 2 year Professional Practitioner Training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, with Stillness Trainings Australia; and also on ‘The Essentials of Craniosacral Therapy ‘in 2010.
Running a busy practice in Randwick for several years, Glenn has noticed that along with the gentle yet profound effects of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, clients appreciate being listened to, and enjoy the ‘energy rebalancing’ that often results from the session.
A passion for wellness and the lifestyle ingredients that contribute to a joyful and contented life is Glenn’s primary focus. These include nutrition, preventative ‘alternate medicine’, Qi Gong, year-round ocean swimming, and focusing on peace within.

What is Craniosacral therapy (CST)?
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is an extremely gentle ‘hands on’ therapy. Deeply relaxing and refreshing, it can also be experienced as pulsing, heat sensations, tingling and relaxing of body tissues. The client often lies on their back on a padded therapy table, fully clothed, while experiencing the light touch of the practitioner’s hands.
What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a traditional medicine used in China for at least 5000 years. Acupuncture treats the patient as a whole, incorporating their living and working environments, their history, their state of physical and emotional health, and their spirit; rather than focusing solely on symptoms or selective areas of the body.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Treatment consists of laying the hands on the client’s fully-clothed body, and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
