The Absolute Yoga Studio is located in Central Ballarat with fantastic parking and offers a wide range of class times in Hatha Yoga, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, as well as Relaxation and Meditation.
Classes can be attended on a casual basis or by membership. All equipment is provided and classes are conducted in a friendly, non-competitive and supportive environment. Sessions are available for the complete beginner to experienced student, with a time and a style to suit everyone.
