Weight Loss Program:
fully Practitioner monitored to ensure that you lose FAT not just WEIGHT. Most programs on the market get you to lose weight but few help you to just lose FAT. As a result, most programs fail because you end up putting back the weight, but worse you often do serious damage to your health and most often actually lose lean muscle not fat. We use regular Bio Impedance tests (VLA) so that you can see how much fat you are losing and how healthy your body is, throughout the program.
Detox Program:
A short detox program suitable for getting ready for winter and a longer program, getting ready for summer. Both programs help you clear the toxins out and leave you feeling great with more energy and vitality.
Fertility Program:
