Anna Simiana is a qualified Naturopath who graduated from the University of Western Sydney with an Applied Science Degree in Naturopathy and a Graduate Diploma in Naturopathy. She has also completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage.
Her education highlighted the fundamentals and philosophy of naturopathy which lie in the belief that the body possesses an inherent ability to heal itself when obstacles to health are removed. Anna appreciates the importance of facilitating an evidence based practice where treatment is focused on scientific and empirical evidence.

I am a daughter, sister, aunt, friend, wife and mother of two beautiful teenage girls. My family and friends are important to me as they enrich my life with joy. My interest in natural therapies grew when my children were very young in my quest to give them the best possible start to life. I must admit I undertook this path to help and support my own family’s health needs. But through the years of study as my knowledge grew so did my confidence which encouraged me to assist family and friends with many different health concerns. My hope is to broaden this horizon and share my knowledge and experience to benefit the health of the wider community.
I have a firm belief that through the use of herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, lifestyle changes and a positive out look to life the natural healing power of the body can be stimulated so that the body can overcome dis-ease. My focus is on treating the person not just the disease and to recognise symptoms as the body’s way to communicate a need.
I look forward to working with individuals to achieve their goals towards optimal health and ultimately abundant well-being.
