My journey in the healthcare industry began as a nurse while studying at the Sydney Institute of Technology, where I gained extensive experience and insight into rehabilitation care. My experience during my nursing years has given me a valued understanding of how essential and beneficial it is for my clients to have a holistic approach to your treatment which is supported on an evidence based science research foundation.
The Naturopathic system of medicine allows myself as a practitioner to apply my medical knowledge and passion for natural therapies to assist you towards optimal health and wellbeing. I focus on combining the latest evidence based naturopathic research to my individualised treatment programs along with Herbal Medicine, Nutritional Medicine and Environmental/recreational support in achieving your optimal wellness.
