The centre offers Guided Meditation every Wednesday evening at 7pm. Contact Sue on 0403 145 976 if you are interested in attending.
Weekly guided daytime meditation classes are held on Thursdays at 10am -11.30am (during school terms only).

Sue is organising Canberra's own weekend Healing Retreat Everyone is welcome.
The ACT Energy Healing Centre is also available for use as a training centre and caters for groups up to 15. Contact Sue if you are interested in renting the Training Room.

I offer therapies that work with physical and emotional problems. BodyTalk is a wonderful therapy that allows me to treat each client as an individual and balance all aspects of the emotional, physical and spiritual body.
Using the BodyTalk protocol I am able to communicate directly with your body resulting in your body dictating what needs to be done to allow you to heal.
BodyTalk allows me to directly access and treat the priority areas of your body that need to heal. I am an emotional release specialist and am able to help clients release emotional trauma from past experiences that have been affecting them emotionally, physically and spiritually.
The BodyTalk protocol also allows each client’s body to select and incorporate the healing therapies that will most effectively balance the body’s energy systems. This means if your body needs Bowen Therapy or one of the other therapies I am trained in -your body can ask for exactly what it needs.
The results are fantastic and you will feel better physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Cathy Meadows
Modalities: Naturopathy, Herbal medicine, Nutritional and Dietary advice, Homeopathy, Tissue Salts, Flower essences, Reiki and Aura Soma Chakra Massage.
Training: Advanced Diploma Naturopathy, Reiki II, Aura Soma Chakra Massage, Cert III Aged care, Management of Chronic Health conditions, trained Lifeline Councilor and currently studying Cert IV in Disability Services.
Naturopathy: During your first Naturopathic consultation I will take a detailed medical, social and emotional history and develop a plan with you that best suits your current medical, emotional and spiritual health.
By using the appropriate herbal, dietary and emotional support we will work holistically together to bring your body back into a state of well being.
Reiki is a therapy I enjoy using. It is an ancient hands-on healing. When I put my hands on your body energy moves from my hands to the parts of your body that need support. Reiki energy sessions help to support you on an emotional and physical level.
Aura Soma Chakra Massage is a beautiful experience that helps balance the chakras using Aura Soma oils, crystals and sound.
I am a member of ANTA the Australia Natural Therpaies association and I look forward to sharing the experience of one of these therapies with you very soon.

Anne Wardrop
Meditation has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It has been my place to heal, to discover, to relax and to learn.
I personally have received many health benefits from meditation, including lowering my blood pressure, releasing grief, reducing the effects of stress and anxiety, as well as allowing my inner voice to be heard. This has allowed my intuition to blossom and to guide me to where I am today.
I have been a member of the team running meditations at the Energy Healing Centre over the last few years and am currently studying for a double diploma in Holistic Living Counselling and Guided Meditation Teaching.
I also enjoy making beautiful sun catchers and giving Spiritual Guidance Readings.
Meditation is available on Wednesday evenings from 7pm to approx 8.30pm and also Thursday mornings (during school terms) from 10am to approx 11.15am. The cost is $10 per session. No meditation experience is necessary.
