SERVICES
Susie completed her physiotherapy degree in Sydney in 1987. She has worked extensively in the hospital orthopaedic and private practice system. Susie became interested in Pilates in the early 1990's whilst recovering from a dance related injury. She trained in clinical Pilates and with full studio certfication in 1996. She has been a Pilates instructor in London and Sydney since then. Susie lectures "Pathology and Special Considerations" subjects on Pilates teacher training coures. This lecture series will be running at Evolution Pilates in 2007. She is also lecturer and resident physiotherapist at the Wesley Institute dance degree course. Susie loves teaching Pilates to help people recover from pain and injury, for general stretch and toning and for full sports and dance training and specific muscle balance enhancement. Susie utilises real time ultrasound imaging in private sessions, so you can really see if the optimal pattern of muscle activity is occurring in the 'core' and hip muscles.
