Therapeutic Massage
Massage Therapy is a great antidote for stress and anxiety providing increased energy and improvement of outlook.Regular massage relieves joint and soft tissue swelling, eradicates muscle soreness and tension, relieves lower back pain associated with poor posture, shoulder stiffness, wry(stiff)neck, provides headache relief and assists with sleeplessness.
Sports Massage
I am experienced in assisting with sports injuries and providing pre and post event sports massage and training massages. I worked as a sports massage therapist at the Melbourne Commonwealth Games 2006 and 2007 Indoor Cricket National Titles in Toowoomba, Qld., assisting the Victorian Women's Team members. Sports massage is a particular massage designed for use before, during and after sporting activities and as a preventative strategy against injuries.
Sports Trainer
I am a qualified Sports Trainer(Certificate attached) with Sports Medicine Australia. A Sports Trainer is a member of an athlete’s support team who is committed to helping improve athletic performance and in making sport safer. Injury prevention, reducing injury severity through sports massage , sports first aid and nutrition advice are some of the activities of a Sports Trainer. The role of the Sports Trainer is an extension of my Sports Massage qualification.
Corporate Massage
I am an experienced Corporate Massage Therapist addressing workplace stress and soreness associated with poor workstation posture. The treatment leaves client feeling energised, focused and having a new attitude on return to the workplace. Workplace massage reduces workplace stress and anxiety, improves circulation and flexibility and relieves muscular tension. It has been proven that workplace massage results in less sick leave and a clear focus to attend work with incentive. Corporate Massage can be used by the employer as a Health and Well-being Program, a regular reward to staff or on special occasions such as end-of-year.
Pregnancy Massage
I am an experienced Pregnancy Massage Therapist. This specialised treatment provides pain relief for lower back,shoulder and leg pain, reduces cramps, fluid retention and headache symptoms. During your massage, you will be comfortably supported with pillows and cushions in a side-lying position.
Spa Treatments
Body Exfoliation and Nourishing Re-hydration-experience a full body exfoliation to remove dead skin and stimulate blood flow. Follow up with a nourishing, rehydrating one hour massage to renew and replenish the skin. As an option, include a seaweed wrap to tone and detox your lovely skin. All this-in the privacy of your own home!

I provide a mobile service to my clients on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00am to 5:00pm(finish). Areas serviced by mobile-Sunbury,Riddells Creek, Diggers Rest-other areas by arrangement. Health Rebates
As a registered member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT) and possessing a Combined Malpractice, Public & Products Liability Insurance, I am able to provide receipts those clients who are entitled to rebates under their current Health Insurance Plan for massage therapy under "extras". There are currently 27 Health Insurance Providers that I am registered with for you to obtain a rebate for massage therapy.
