Ask about our Ayurveda Certificate Course
"Don’t miss this chance to study the healing system of Ayurveda with an internationally recognised lecturer and practitioner, Dr Rama Prasad. This is an opportunity to deepen your understanding and connection with Yogic culture. It will bring a depth of knowledge and understanding about how to maintain your health and vitality . Rama will introduce you to the main elements of Ayurveda and through it, open a connection with your body and mind that is unique to this Vedic science that has kept an unbroken link of knowledge going back seven thousand years.
Ayurveda gave me the knowledge to transform my health and lifestyle through understanding the way my body works and how it relates to the natural world and its patterns and cycles. It gave a profound insight into the energetic workings of nature and how I could use that understanding to create better health and well being. I learnt how to use food, herbs, therapies and lifestyle to change my life and health and to do the same for others."
Philip Woodhill (former Ayurveda course participant )
