The Consultation
As a Naturopath Carolyn provides comphrensive initial consultation allowing you to “tell your story”. The knowledge and understanding of your symptoms, medical background, family history, diet analysis, non-invasive examination and iridology diagnosis, Carolyn is able to provide you with recommendation and treatments to help you achieve your health goals. An individual health program is design for you and treatments may consist variety of combination i.e. herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, homoeopathic remedies, Bach flowers essences, remedial massage, or lymphatic drainage and dietary advice, lifestyle modifications and stress management may be recommended. The extensive training as a Naturopath allows Carolyn to give you these holistic and natural treatments.
Carolyn sees patients with a variety of conditions whether it’s for chronic i.e. eczema, hayfever, arthritis, digestive problems, insomnia, chronic fatigue or acute colds/flu, sinusitis, stress, fatigue or generally feeling unwell.

Carolyn has trained & studied under Francesca Naish has a range of NFM programs Natural Contraception, Fertility Management, Preconception Health Care. These programs empower women to get in touch with their menstrual cycle having a better understanding of their bodies and will teach them to recognise times of change. The programs offer Preconception health care for conscious conception or to overcome fertility problems, using natural & herbal medicine, nutrition, detoxification, stress management techniques and timing techniques. This program can improve your chances of a healthy, successful conception, pregnancy, birth and baby.
