Your First Consultation:- After discussing your current symptoms and health concerns, a detailed case history is taken. This includes your past medical history, family illnesses, a review of the different body systems, plus eating habits and lifestyle factors. Much like pieces of a puzzle, these combine to provide a complete picture of your overall health.
- A treatment program is then designed for you and may include prescribed herbal medicines, nutritional supplements and dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
- Your treatment is tailored specifically for YOU. It is realistic and achievable and worked out according to your health needs, goals and lifestyle.
- Other methods of assessment and treatment can include iridology, homeopathy, counselling and flower essences to help return you to optimum health.
- Follow-up consultations review and assess your progress, with adjustments made to your treatment as necessary.

My Background:
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy and a Diploma of Nutrition.
In addition to the core naturopathic modalities, I am proficient in anatomy and physiology, symptomatology and diagnosis, pathology, biochemistry and psychology.
I have had personal experience with chronic auto-immune conditions and specialised training in treating allergies and chronic fatigue syndrome.
As a fully accredited member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society, I undertake many hours of continuing study each year to stay informed of the latest advances in natural medicine.
