Remedial/Relaxation massage (1/2 hour $30, 3/4 hour $45, 1 hour $60)

I am a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) which is a professional association covering qualified natural therapy practitioners. I am able to issue receipts for health fund rebates if you have the level of cover required by your fund.
Treatment Descriptions
Lymphatic Drainage: A gentle form of lymphatic massage is used to move the surface lymph and stimulate the lymph nodes. The massage takes 1hour 15 mintues and most of the work is done on the front of the body. Advice on lifestyle and diet to complement this treatment is also given. Usually a course of these treatments is recommended.
Pedicure: This includes soaking, exfoliating and massaging your feet. Your toenails are cleansed, buffed and rejuvenated. I have a selection of a low chemical polishes or bring your own colour.
Reflexology: A treatment that has a lot of history. The feet are massaged using points that correspond to areas in the body. This treatment will revive your feet and give a sense of wellbeing.
Relaxation Massage: General relaxing and loosening techniques are used to stimulate the circulation, release stress and promote good health.
Remedial Massage: More specific techniques are used such as trigger point therapy (releasing points in a band of muscle), deep tissue massage (specific deep strokes to problem areas), stretching and application of warmth . This is combined with lighter techniques to provide pain relief and relaxation as well as recovery from your muscle imbalances.
