Welcome to Aiyana Retreat, Denmark
This charming Retreat provides a five stars spa chalet, a deluxe one bedroom studio and a premium two bedrooms retreat all fully self contained. They have been designed, built and decorated by some of Denmark's finest artists and craftsmen, using local timber, stained glass windows, and handmade tiles and mosaics.
Situated in the heart of Denmark's unique natural environment, 200 meters from Wilson Inlet, surrounded by natural bush reserve and right next to the Bibbulmun Walking Track.
Aiyana Wellness, is another new addition to your well being experience while staying at Aiyana Retreat. There are a variety of massages and healing sessions to choose from.
We have constructed our brand new spa facility in order to complement the supremely relaxing experience of staying at Aiyana Retreat. Pamper yourself and a loved one with one of our luxurious treatments. The Wellness centre is now open DAILY from 9am-7pm ALL YEAR AROUND. Aiyana Wellness has 2 treatment rooms which means that couples can be treated together ( last double session is at 5pm).

Swedish Massage
Relaxation or Swedish massage is a smooth flowing style using firm but gentle pressure. It promotes relaxation, helps reduce stress, improves circulation and range of movement. It provides the deep relaxation that allows our minds and bodies to recharge and rejuvenate.
$75 for 75 minutes.
Holistic Massage
Combining a light flowing massage with deep tissue work creates the most relaxing and healing experience. It is used to meet the needs of each individual person.
$75 for 75 min.
Aromatherapy Massage
Calming, soothing Swedish massage strokes are used with aromatherapy oils to relax the muscles and the mind. Select from three different blends made with the highest quality cold pressed essential oils.
$90 for 75 minutes.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. It uses many of the same techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, therefore not necessarily a full body massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots (known as adhesion). This form of body work can treat an area that has been affected for years, facilitating a state of healing and well-being that was not possible without the tissue correction.

Remedial Massage
Remedial massage holistically treats the body and is tailored to each individuals need. The massage therapist endeavors to identify the cause of the dysfunction, thus treating the cause of the disorder, as well as the symptoms. It provides relieve and correction for conditions such as arthritis, muscle tightness and pain, frozen shoulder, whiplash, neck and back pain, sciatica, scoliosis, headaches and sport injuries.
When muscles have become tense, damaged or have developed “knots”, Remedial Massage can provide a healing treatment through the use of a number of different techniques including, deep tissue massage, myofacial release, trigger point therapy and passive and active stretching, to name just a few. The body needs to be in balance for it to function optimally. Remedial Massage Therapy helps the body get back into balance.

Hahana Hot Stone Massage
Taking its name from the Hawaiian word for ‘hot/cold’, Hahana Stone Massage is based on utilizing various Lomi-Lomi techniques, which mimic a firm yet gentle stream of flowing water. It is a holistic treatment, which uses both physical and metaphysical energies to deeply relax and rejuvenate you.
Your journey begins with warm organic coconut oil being drizzled onto your body. Next, we take heated volcanic stones, which have been smoothed over thousands of years by gently flowing currents of water. Then using rhythmic strokes, allows the stones to release their healing energies deep into the muscles, dissolving any tension and stress. Reflexology
Pressure points on the feet are manipulated to reduce tension and fatigue creating balance, harmony and energy throughout the whole body.
