Working in the Natural Therapies for 12 years has allowed me become aware of the uniqueness in each of us. I work in tailoring my sessions to the individual. "I was a sceptic through and through until my first session with Kerry.
It all started some years ago, I had so much happening in my life. My son and his family had moved in while their home was being built, I was going through a missy divorce and while this was happening I was running a small business. I was stressed to the max, I lost so much weight and was becoming unwell, even friends were telling me I was losing way too much weight etc, I was in a relly bad place, mentally as well as physically and it was getting worse.
Id spoken to Kerry a few times in passing-her place of work was close to mine. I was extremely sceptical and believed I could pull myself out of this. After some time I realized I needed help and not knowing what to do I approached Kerry. I was so tense and consumed with stress, the pressure of business and life iself. Kerry took me in and started with a massage, a brilliant start and then she checked what my body needed. A couple of hours passed which felt like minutes.
