Welcome to Helen Batt Kinesiology
I am a Registered Specialised Kinesiology Practitioner with the Australian Kinesiology Association. I am also a member of the Australian Traditional Therapies Society.
I have extensive experience in teaching in high school, college and TAFE areas. I have also worked in Aboriginal and Deaf Education and with Developmentally Disabled Adults with autism.
My practice is Deaf friendly. I have conversational standard Auslan skills and am happy to organise an interpreter if required.
Kinesiology is for any one of any age, who wishes to improve their health, remove stress from their life, find a solution to a problem, achieve a goal, improve personal potential, feel better about themselves, regain their personal power, experience freedom and enhance their joy in living.
Solution Orientated Kinesiology and Educating Alternatives uses a system where the individual is able to direct their own process through the natural laws of healing.
You may have experienced allergies or skin irritations, tiredness, fatigue, depression, persistent pain, recurring injury, breathing difficulties or have never really recovered from an accident, trauma or illness.
In a Kinesiology appointment you will experience an integration of many therapies and techniques into a solution outcome. Muscle monitoring is gentle and through its use your subconscious actually directs the Kinesiologist to reveal the cause and subsequently the solution can be identified by using appropriate combinations of techniques to suit your healing path.
