I am a qualified Mental Health Social Worker, counsellor and advocate who is passionate about working with, and learning from, the diversity that exists within people.
My approaches are holistic and client centered.I work with youth, women and the Deaf community.
I have local and international experience working with survivors of trauma and abuse, human trafficking and women in the sex industry. I am passionate about human rights, social justice and gender equality and living in a world free of abuse, slavery and neglect.
I am a strong advocate for cultural diversity. I have travelled extensively throughout Asia, America, the Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and South Africa. I have undertaken work in many of these countries, in particular with Deaf children in Cambodia, survivors of abuse in Vanuatu, and child survivors of human trafficking in the Philippines.

I have a proven track record in the field of complex trauma and working with women with dissociative identity disorder. I have experience working with the Deaf community and I have conversational Auslan skills. I have an ongoing commitment to learning Auslan and providing culturally appropriate mental health services in sign language or with a qualified interpreter.

Medicare rebates are available through the Better Access for Mental Health Care Initiative. Referrals for a Mental Health Care Plan need to be first obtained through your GP.
