Alex is a compassionate and holistic practitioner who believes that we can all achieve happiness and success in life. She is truly passionate about holistic health, natural fertility and natural birthing and supports her clients to achieve their life/health goals.
She has a broad range of work and life experience which means she can adapt the process to her client's needs in the best possible way.
KINESIOLOGY
Kinesiology is a nurturing and empowering modality which takes the client through a process to understand the priority goal for them today, assist their body and energy to align with this goal, and devise actions required to achieve the goal. This goal could be absolutely anything and include health, love, career, etc.
Kinesiology has foundations in chiropractic, traditional chinese medicine and uses muscle testing to identify and balance stress held in the body. Sessions are 1-1.5 hours long.
FERTILITY ADVICE
These 30 min sessions provide general fertility information, including how to identify and track a woman's ovulation. This can be utilised for both contraception and conception. Women's and men's health issues are discussed.
DOULA - Birth Support
One of the most important aspects for a couple in the pregnancy and birth process is to have support from an impartial source to help maximise their birth choices and experience.
REIKI RELAXATION
This is a 1 hour relaxation session where the client is lying or sitting, fully clothed. The practitioner assists the client's natural healing energies by holding her hands above the body, allowing the body to come into balance.
