Hello and thank you for stopping by and checking out my page! Let me tell you a bit about myself so you can see if I am the right therapist for you. I have been a massage therapist for 6 years now and I love my profession. I must say I feel blessed being able to help people feel better.
I specialize in Remedial work, using deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, dry needling (using acupuncture needles to deactivate tight muscles) or any combination of these to obtain the best results in the least amount of time possible.
Another highly important aspect of my treatments is relaxation. I like my clients to know that they are in a safe, comfortable, professional environment where they can relax and know they are in the hands of caring professional.
Children are always welcome to come in and have treatments. As they lead very busy lifestyles these days with overflowing sports or dance training, school work and just being a kid! If a child complains of a pain repeatedly there can often be something wrong such a strain which is better to have it looked so that it doesn't become a reoccurring ailment in the future.

This little gem is great for a number of different things. TGA approved and been being around since the 1980's it penetrates 4.5 cms into the body. It can help manage arthritis pain, improve circulation, aid in pain management, promote weight loss. Check it out! It is fantastic!
QUALIFICATION DETAILS
I started my massage career with All Regions Massage School in 2005 and I am so happy that I did! ARMs is a wonderful school very personalized with an amazing teacher with practices that unfortunately are not commonly practiced.
After completing all of the courses offered with ARMs I went on to teach for them for several years ceasing in 2010. While studying and teaching with ARMs I also went on to complete my Diploma of Remedial Massage at the TAFE campus in Loftus, NSW.
Since completing the Diploma I have gone on to add other modalities to my ever growing tool box. I have done courses in cupping, dry needle therapy, Akupunct massage according to Penzel and am currently undertaking an infant massage instructor course and Touch for Health.
