Consultation Rooms Available in West Perth 2.7m x 3.5m and 3m x 3.5m. $80 per day, weekly lease negotiable. Share with Naturopathic clinic. Modern office suite in heart of CBD. Would suit Health Professional. We have two rooms available full time which are 2.7m x 3.5m and 3m x 3.5m. There is a third, larger room with a large window which is only available on Mondays and Thursdays, it is 4.3m x 3m. The sub lease for either of the two smaller rooms is $80 per day. The larger room is $90 per day (Mon/Thurs only.) We can also negotiate a weekly lease for the smaller rooms.
The clinic is on the third floor of a modern office building on Hay St, between Harvest and Haverlock streets. There is street parking only. A lunch room with fridge, microwave and serviced bathrooms are available for use. We also have a lovely waiting area which is big enough to share between practitioners and includes water filter, magazines and other comforts for your patients. The office suite is clean, tidy and very professional with some natural lighting from the south wall which is all glass.
Additionally if you would like to use our admin services to manage bookings and receipting it is an additional $20 per day.
