Iridology
Iridology is the science that uses the iris of the eye to diagnose and monitor tissue changes that are occurring or have occured within the body.
The iris reveals the characteristics of the body tissue, the presence of acids, catarrh and anemia. The condition of the autonomic and central (brain and spine) nervous systems in relationship to the organs may be determined. Iris analysis also reveals the hyper or hypo functioning of the endocrine glandular system.
Herbal medicine
The herbalist looks at the patient as a whole, while doctors look for symptoms which enable them to diagnose and treat diseases. A herbalist would see a patient as requiring a holistic treatment.
Herbal medicine involves use of the whole plant, the combination of all its constituents which work together in natural harmony to exert specific therapeutic effects on the body. Whereas in pharmaceutical drugs constituents are used in refined and isolated forms or synthetics. Hence the reason why there can be drug side effects, and sometimes they can be serious, causing harm to the body.
Nutrition
What is Nutrition. It is the science of food, the nutrients and the substance therein, their action, interaction, and balance in relation to health and disease, and the process by which the organism ingests, digests, absorbs, transports and utilises, and excretes food substances. If we don't get enough vitamins and minerals in our food our body will start to exhibit symptoms for example, not enough red meat in your diet you could become very tired, pale, listless, everything is too hard.
I will go through your diet with you and may suggest dietary and lifestyle changes.
Flower essences
Flower essences are subtle liquid extracts, generally taken in oral form, though I use them on the forehead when I do healing. They are used to address profound issues of emotional well being, soul development and mind-body health. I use Bach Flowers which have been in use since the 1930's, most people have heard of Rescue Remedy, which is a well known Bach Flower Essence for trauma.
Reiki/spiritual healing/energy healing
Reiki can help by:
