About My Practice

I’ve been working on Sydney’s northern beaches for more than a decade - in a hospital, a group practice, and now from the wonderfully calm and restoring beauty of my garden consulting room at home.
My clients are greeted by three small vocal co-practitioners - my pet maltese cross dogs, Archie, Mr.Darcy and Alf - before settling into the safe privacy of my room.
What happens next varies enormously. But the key to managing our troubles is often about getting unstuck from positions that we may not fully realise have fixed us for so long so that we may see things differently.
Whether it be anxiety, depression, relationship problems, eating disorders, work or family issues, I can offer you fresh ears and eyes and, hopefully, unravel and clarify the influences that are troubling you so that you might manage your thoughts and emotions to fulfill rather than blacken your days.
It is a process of building trust, of listening to, and respecting you as you unpack your story in safety, and offering you some insights learnt over many years of study and practice so that you may develop a new perspective and awareness about yourself.
