MY aim as a Naturopath of 18 Years experience is to respectfuly treat you the client in a wholistic and comprehensive way . I use fundamental dietary and nutritional advice supprted by vega allergy testing to determine your overall health and vitality status. After all on a practical level we are what we ingest and how we process both life and food.
I then use a range of vitamins and mineral substances, herbs, homeopathy and practical coping strategies to initiate and enhance the healing process.
Life is a journey with many highs and lows. My practice helps each individual to build their strengh both physically and emotionally to be able to meet and enjoy the mixed terrain of their life experience.
