Reshape, tone, energise and strengthen your body during our Women’s Only Group Fitness sessions. Group training is the ultimate challenge to get you motivated. Each session is packed with fun and energising activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. The program consists of outdoor, group-based personal training in summer and indoor locations in winter for women of all fitness levels.
Small Group Training is great as you get the individual attention of a Personal Trainer but at a fraction of the cost.

Classes are intimate and motivating with a maximum of 10 women per session to ensure the highest level of instruction. Don’t be scared we actually have a lot of fun!

Amaranti’s Personal Training has got me back in shape! I started off with the Mum’s and Bub’s classes after the birth of my son 2 years ago, but loved it so much, I have added a Pilates class and attended 3 consecutive Saturday Boot Camps. Kristy and her team make exercise fun with different programs each week and lots of motivation and advice for burning off the calories.
