ABOUT ANGELA
I am Angela. I have been practicing energy healing since 2002 using a variety of modalities including Reiki ,energy balance massage, magnified healing, meditation and heart counselling, working intuitively with spirit . I have more recently learnt other modalities that I draw upon during a consultation depending on the clients needs.
Over this time I have witnessed profound and positive change in peoples' lives through energy healing .
Through my own experiences and study I have come to understand that illness in the physical body begins in our energy field long before the dis-ease actually shows up in the body or mind.
Hence, it makes good sense to look after our energy body keeping it balanced and clear.
REIKI

It is for everyone! Young and old. It compliments all modalities and traditional medicine.
Hospitals are now recognising its benefits in the relief of pain, assisting the healing process and reducing the side effects of chemotherapy with cancer patients.
Reiki is "spiritual energy" , the universal energy that is found in every living thing.
It is intelligent and knows where to go in the body.
Reiki prompts the body's innate healing ability while restoring balance and allowing deep transformations to take place.
More immediately Reiki brings about relaxation and calm.
It has an uplifting effect on the spirit and improves quality of life.
Reiki clears deep emotional blockages and balances the chakras.
As preventative therapy Reiki keeps you in health, strengthens your immune system and brings about happiness and peace creating a sense of wellbeing .
A reiki treatment can be given lying down or sitting upright, fully clothed in a comfortably relaxed environment .
The practitioner places hands on the body in a sequence of positions and the healing energy is transferred to the client.
My treaments take 1 to 1,1/2 hours as it is a combination of meditation, reiki, energy balance massage and counselling.

I see it as a way of creating peaceful, calm and connected human beings .
I t is very satisfying to see people heal, discover themselves and grow balanced within their world and become happier people.
I am particularly interested in teaching energy healing and meditation to women and mothers so that they may discover and understand that the power for change is within them. They are the nurturers and the positive good force behind balanced children and families.
BABY REIKI
It is truly a pleasure to give energy treatment to babies as I see the wonderful potential for a balanced child .
It iscomforting for babies when they are unsettled, teething or can't sleep. Babies are very receptive to energy and the power of touch is very healing and restorative.
I enjoy teaching pregnant mums the practice of reiki / meditation to raise awareness that they pass on all energies to their babies and children whether it be positive and negative . It is a beautiful energetic gift to give your child.
Energy healing is also beneficial for pregnant mothers in helping them not only cope with the many changes their physical bodies are going through during pregnancy but emotional as well.
MEDITATION
Meditation is a great way for women and mums to cause a
positive shift in their awareness allowing more positive behaviour and
in dealing with the pressures of every day mothering.
Meditation assists you in becoming more present and mindful of everyday tasks and situations that would normally stress you. So in the long term you enjoy life more and do not react so easily.
My son is now 17 and has been brought up on Reiki , when he was a young child and had trouble sleeping , reiki and meditation would always help him to relax and sleep and now as a teen still he will take my hands and place them on tired ,sore muscles from playing too much soccer and also calm, settle his nerves when exams are near or when he has a headache or is just feeling tired.
Children are very receptive to Reiki and are great students of Reiki as well.

The aim of the energy balance is to create a flow of energy throughout the body which like a river breaks through blockages and moves stagnant energy that contributes to physical, mental and emotional disturbances. Also incorporates a systematic balance of the chakras.
It is performed fully clothed on a massage table.
This whole procedure can take anything from 45 minutes to 1hr 30minutes depending on the amount of time spent on a particular area of the body.
This technique forms part of a recognised modality of the Australian Holistic Healers Association.

It brings forth the energies from the highest source, the God of the Most High of the Universe. It establishes a continuos flow of energy from your heart to the Source through all the spiritual centers, down to the Diamond at the center of the earth.
