There are many forms of healing, it is my belief that true healing comes from making contact with the essence of divine love and light and connecting it to the light within our heart. When we are able to touch that divine essence with openness and surrender our connection is stimulated and the light within each one of us arises to take control of the body once more, all parts of the self from the soul to the physical form can be returned to harmony and balance. " When the emotional body is healed the physical body will also feel better and this brings about a positive upward spiral to healing and innerpeace ". We are also blessed on our journey to have the assistance of angelic helpers. These beings of pure love and light are angels they are messengers of god and all you are required to do to receive their help is to ask for it. We also have the assistance of guardian angels who enter the world with us and depart as we do and spiritual guides which evolve as we do. They all have one thing in common, that is to guide and work with each of us to bring about the creators divine will, which is to live a life full of peace and love. WHAT IS REIKI ?
Reiki is a healing practice that originated in Japan in the 20th century.
It can be traced back to the spiritual teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui and was introduced to western cultures by Mrs Hawayo Takata in the late 1930's.
The word " Reiki " is derived from two Japanese words : Rei, universal and Ki, Life force energy.
REIKI is a comprehensive healing method that excels by virtue of its simplicity, by its self as well as in addition to other therapies. It is a gentle hands on activated technique accessing pure universal life force energy. Reiki is transmitted through the practitioners hands to the receiver allowing the healing energy to flow to restore your health and balance naturally.
Our mind and body know how to heal themselves. The system of Reiki supports that innate healing process and is a pure precise system for healing and self transformation.
The gentle energy of Reiki can break through the emotional armor that a person may have had for a lifetime allowing you to move forward in life.
Reiki is experienced in varying ways and is a unique experience for each individual.
Some people feel sensations such as deep peace, spreading of warmth, tingling or heat and a general feeling of well being and unconditional love.
Reiki is particularly useful when recovering from an illness, it will provide additional energy and as a result a faster recovery.
WHEN TO CONSIDER A REIKI TREATMENT
A Reiki treatment will be helpful -
First consultation and treatment usually takes 90 minutes.
You are fully clothed laying on a comfortable padded massage table.
I place my hands lightly on or just above your body and use a sequence of hand positions, starting at the head then torso & areas that need special attention.
There is nothing you need to do, think or say during the treatment. In fact if you fall asleep you will still receive all the wonderful healing benefits of the treatment. You will absorb the healing Reiki energy on all levels and where it is needed the most.
The Reiki session sets in motion the bodys own self healing process, which continues after the treatment is over. The whole body is treated not just an isolated area. This enables the energy to go right to the source of the imbalance and not just to the manifesting symptoms.
Your Reiki treatment is performed in a peaceful, warm & nurturing environment.
Your follow up treatment takes about 60 minutes
In the case of acute, chronic and life challenging conditions you may require an ongoing treatment program to support your healing process.
Reiki cleanses your body and quietens the mind .
The body then relaxes and releases blocked energy.
The result is a cleansed body and a clear mind.
Divine Life Force Energy can be sent to another person through time and space.
Reiki energy is directed to the receiver by a process of using clear intention, love and energized thought.
This type of healing is presented as a Distance Healing.
It is very useful for healing people that may not be able to travel for a Reiki treatment due to health reasons or if you live in another state or country.
This form of Reiki healing is just as effective as the one on one sessions and results will be felt.
It is a strong vibrational healing and distance is no barrier.
* Distance Healing takes 1 hour
Recite the five precepts morning and night and keep them in ones heart.
The five precepts are ;

HOT STONE MASSAGE THERAPY
Hot stone massage therapy is designed for Relaxation and Health. This technique incorporates the Healing benefits of smooth warm granite and bassalt stones blended with Therapeutic massage techniques.
The stones are heated and gently placed on the muscles and energy or chakra points of your body during the treatment.
Once your muscles are warmed by the heat of the stones, the stones are then used in conjunction with essential oils for an extremely relaxing massage to melt away tension and muscular stress.
Treatment - Full body massage 60minutes ( Women only )
INDIAN HEAD AND NECK MASSAGE
Indian Head and Neck Massage will take you to a serene place and leave you with a feeling of deep peace.
The Scalp massage combined with an exotic essential oil found only in morocco will Nourish and Revitalise your hair at is roots promoting Luster and hair growth.
Any headaches or heaviness will be relieved, your muscles in your shoulders will relax releasing any stress, tension and stored emotions deeply calming the mind, body, spirit.
Your whole body will respond to this relaxed tranquil state.

Indian Head and neck massage is received laying on a padded comfortable massage bed.

REFLEXOLOGY - FOOT & LEG MASSAGE
Reflexology is an effective holistic treatment for disease and relief from stress. The foot and leg massage will help to alleviate the feelings of heavy legs and will assist in fluid retention and in eliminating toxins from the body.
Reflexology alleviates energy blocks that can cause pain, disability or tension, encouraging your body to return to optimum health.

CHAKRA & AURA BALANCING
TO RESTORE EMOTIONAL BALANCE, RE- ENERGIZE AND CLEAR YOUR AURA.
Chakras are the major energy centers of your body and are responsible for absorbing and distributing ' Prana ' Universal Life Force Energy to the whole physical body. The more energy able to flow through the chakras the more healthy you are.
Chakras regulate physical vitality, emotional moods and spiritual abilities.
The energy flow of the chakra can become out of balance as a result of imbalance or stress in the emotional, mental or spiritual aspect of an individual.
Eg: If you hold onto negative thoughts or situations the chakras can slow down and this disharmony if not addressed can eventually cause physical illness.
Any disruption to the natural flow of life force energy surrounding the aura and the chakras may result in you feeling tired, sluggish and out of balance.

MEDITATION CLASSES - for Relaxation and Health.
Meditation can be used as a personal growth device to nuture a more positive attitude towards life.
It can increase self understanding and helps to balance emotions.
It brings about balance and harmony of body, mind and spirit and aids spiritual development.
Meditation is one of the most powerful and easy healing tools to learn.
It is an excellent companion to all other therapies and treatments you may receive.
Why Meditate ?
Meditation will take you into a state where your body is completely relaxed and your mind alert yet peaceful.
The purpose of Meditation is to release the stimulus from the outside world and feel an awareness of the inside world.

Meditation soothes, calms and nurtures your emotional nature.
With regular practice of meditation you will have improved Health and co-ordination, reduced stress and the ability to concentrate for longer periods of time.
Like most things, meditation improves with practice.

A guided meditation using visualisation, breath and imagery techniques is a process that will assist you in focusing on your breath and on relaxing your body.
When we stop and take a breath in order to calm down , we are touching on the concept of mindfulness, a buddhism technique in which we concentrate on the moment as a way of centering ourselves and coping with things that are bothering us.
This principle is being used to help people to cope with everyday stress and busy lifestyles. It can help to change negative thought patterns or emotions and help you to cope with everyday worries.

You can include a mini version of meditation to your day for a mental health boost.
Yes even 5 minutes a day of quiet time can be enough to make a difference to your wellbeing and will leave you feeling peaceful and rejuvenated. You can do this first thing in the morning or during your lunch break or even when you are doing the dishes.
