BODY TREATMENTS
Body treatments are not just for the rich and famous. All my body treatments include one hour massage. The most popular treatment is the Warm Sea Algae Detox Treatment Wrap. This wrap will tone, detoxify and revitalise using the very best sea algae rich in all the wonderful minerals from the sea.
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is widely used in hospitals overseas and now here in Australia. It is based on the principle that reflex points which relate to all parts of the body can be found in the feet, hands and ears. These points respond to pressure, stimulating the body's own natural healing process.
Reflexology will:

A one hour reflexology treatment will induce a profound relaxation response and a feeling of well being. Can be used as a one off treatement for healing and relaxation or a programme of treatments to target particular areas of concern.
FACIAL TREATMENTS
Over Eight Facial Treatments are available to cater for all skin types and conditions for both males and females.
Institut Esthederm professional products are used for their high percentage of ingredients based on all the natural vitamins and minerals, seaweeds and plants.
The new range of NAT beauty products with 100% naturally derived ingredients can also be used.
All these facials are relaxing and healing for the whole body. Your skin will be analysed and a treatment chosen especially for your skin condition. Deep cleansing using steam and hot towels is followed by a gentle exfoliation ridding the skin of its surface dead skin cells encourageing cellular renewal and leaving the skin ready to be nourished and pampered.
Massage of the face will follow and will include the neck and shoulders taking particular attention to tight, stressed muscles. A treatment mask is then applied renewing and rejuvenating with their concetrated ingredients. Moisture treatment creams will be applied to protect and hydrate to conclude your facial. A beautiful foot massage including some reflexolgy will add to your ultimate relaxation and healing.
