Naturopathy

Naturopathy involves the use of herbs to increase fertility and to prepare the uterus for pregnancy.Men also require herbs to ensure the genetic material in their sperm is the best it can be, to produce a health baby. Herbs can also help optimise the quantity and quality of sperm.

Iridology

Anita uses Iridology at the very beginning of a consultation, to see what weaknesses are in the body specifically with regards to the organs and general body systems (i.e. digestion, circulation, nervous system). Based on what she sees, Anita may send clients for blood tests, to confirm what has been seen in the iris to weakness that may have gone undiagnosed for years by Modern Medicine.

Nutrition

"Food is Medicine" and "You are what you eat" are now common parlance, but some people are overwhelmed by the idea of cooking breakfast, lunch & dinner from scratch every day. Advanced Reiki

Reiki is an Energy Healing System that originated from Japan. Anita has an MSc in Analytical Chemistry anddespite her scientific background she has witnessed the physical and emotional benefits of Reiki in her clinic.

Whilst using Crystals on a friend during a Reiki Session as an experiment, Anita has seen how the healing is improved by the focus that the crystals provide. "One client had a scorch mark on her top after a Crystal Healing Session! Fortunately the scorch faded afterwards-but I was worried I'd have to pay for a new top!"

Astrology for Fertility

Astrology has been used for thousands of years to predict the most fertile days for men and women to conceive. This relates to the angle of the moon being al the same angle as on the day that you were born. This can assist couples by finding additional days in the calendar month where conception may occur.

I first started seeing Anita for Reiki treatments over a year ago. I have had Reiki before but didn't really feel that it was doing anything. I had been left feeling quite frustrated.
