Restore....Remedial massage is used to help alleviate pain, discomfort, chronic problems. Massage techniques used are Deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Cupping, Muscle Energy Techniques.
Rejuvenate....Using Reflexology on your feet and peaceful detoxifying Manual Lymphatic Drainage on your face, combined with a full body massage adds up too total Rejuvenation.
Treatment takes 1.5hrs
Pregnancy Massage....is benefical throughout your pregnancy. As the mum to be becomes larger with bub, massage is done by sidelying with pillows. Massage may alleivate back pain, sciatica, leg cramps and help prepare for labour.
Reflexology....Is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all the glands, organs and parts of the body. Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers on these reflex areas which help relieve stress and tension, improve blood supply and promote the unblocking of nerve impluses, helps glands and organs return to normal functioning level.
MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE THERAPY (Vodder Method).... MLD is a gentle stretch technique that encourages the natural circulation of lymph with in the body by creating a pumping effect. MLD has proven to be therapeutic and beneficial in many conditions where stagnant lymph and tissue oedema has had detrimental effect or being a contributing factor in health complaints such as: Chronic Tonsillitis, Hayfever, sinusitis and post surgical oedema. MLD is a natural therpy that utilises the bodys own functions to improve health.
