About Anna
Anna’s interest in nutrition and herbal medicine started while still in high school, this encouraged her to do a science degree and then complete a Masters Degree in Nutrition. While completing her Master’s Degree Anna lived and worked on an organic farm in Switzerland. After moving to Australia Anna completed her Bachelor of Naturopathy to further develop her interest and knowledge in alternative therapies.
She has become passionate about a healthy lifestyle, wholesome eating habits and herbal medicine. She stays up to date with recent research in natural therapies by doing extensive reading and attending seminars and conferences on complimentary medicine. She strongly believes in ethical practice.
Anna as a highly qualified naturopath uses herbal medicine, dietary advice, nutritional supplementation, lifestyle modification and flower essences to help you achieve improved health and wellbeing.
Anna’s areas of expertise are:
-Women’s health issues: Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, PMS, irregular periods, menopause, preconception and pregnancy care
-Hormonal imbalances (male and female)
-Low libido
-Sperm abnormalities
-Weight loss (male and female)
-Low energy, difficulties with concentration, insomnia, stress
-Digestive problems, IBS, constipation, heartburn, bloating, indigestion
-Low immunity, recurrent flu, sinusitis, respiratory infection
