Naturopathy is based on the key concept of the “healing power of nature”. It believes that the body has the ability to heal when given the right opportunity. Symptoms are the body’s language telling us that there is an imbalance. Understanding the symptoms and addressing the cause will lead to enhanced vitality and well-being.
Modalities used are herbal medicine, homeopathy, flower essences, nutrition and supplementation.
At your first consultation we will discuss your main health concerns. I will take a thorough recording of your medical history and perform some diagnostic tests such as tongue and nails analysis, zinc status and iridology. I will then tailor an individual treatment adapted to your needs. If needed further testing options are available.
Iridology gives us an indication of your inherent individual predispositions. It can show which areas in your body need attention and nurturing.
All health concerns are covered with a special interest in:

- Chronic fatigue
- Fibromyalgia
