Enjoy a sumptuous massage that is designed to relax and ease mental stress, while at the same time working firmly where needed to release tight, aching muscles. Or you may prefer a gentle massage to calmly ease away stress and worries. The choice is yours.

Ann specialises in using individually selected aromatherapy oils to promote inner peace and tranquility and to increase a sense of vitality - leaving you with a feeling of blissful well-being.

For those who REALLY need a massage, take the time to really relax with a 90 minute massage and feel the tension just melt away!

Enjoy the blissful benefits of hot stone therapy

All massage treatments include the use of hot stones to help ease tightness out of muscles and to promote a feeling of deep relaxation. (Not available with mobile treatments.)

Pregnancy Massage

Enjoy a really comfy massage fully supported by a "belly pillow" which allows you to lay face down, with your tummy fully supported.

Aroma Facial

45 minutes - $70

Tailored to individual skin type, with products blended from pure oils and plant extracts. Includes cleansing facial massage, herbal exfoliation scrub, clay mask, tone and moisturise. Includes neck and shoulder massage plus choice of hand or foot massage.

Deluxe Manuka Honey Facial

45 minutes - $80

A luxurious facial treatment using the unique healing properties of Manuka honey. Following cleansing and exfoliation a mask of pure Manuka honey is applied to the skin and infused with a warm, paraffin mask - a comforting procedure to revitalise and restore natural balance to the skin. Includes neck and shoulder massage plus hand or foot massage.

This includes they deeply healing benefits of Reiki and crystal therapy, combined with a personalised selection of therapeutic aromathery oils annointed over the body in a full body massage. You will be enfolded in a haven of gentle, nurturing peace, which allows deep inner healing to occur.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is the ancient, gentle art of hands-on healing which promotes a feeling of deep relaxation and inner peace as the healing energy is gently directed through every cell of your being - clearing blockages and leaving you feeling calm and deeply at peace.

Reiki is specially valuable in promoting restful sleep and alleviating stress and pain.

Reiki is one of the highest forms of energy in existence. Throughout the history of humanity, healing methods have always existed which were based on the transfer of universal life energy through the human body. Thousands of years ago the Tibetans already possessed a deep understanding of this healing energy. This knowledge is again evidenced in India and modified forms of it in the Japanese, Chinese, Egyptian, Greek and Roman cultures, to mention just a few. Now, in modern times, we are again enjoying the benefits of this age-old therapy.

What is involved?

A Reiki healing session is usually performed fully clothed (unless it is combined with massage). A sensation of deep, healing warmth is usually experienced as the Reiki energy flows through the body. This brings about a sense of profound calmness and peace as the Reiki clears blocked energy pathways and revitalises the system, allowing the body to begin healing itself.

Combined Reiki/Crystal Healing

The laying on and around the body of crystals and gems brings about a wonderful sense of deep inner tranquility. It allows your body to find inner peace and begin healing the areas of your life by releasing blockages, both physical and emotional, which in some cases may have been held in the body for some time - in some cases, for years. This healing session is performed fully clothed and is a combination of reiki and crystal healing.
