HOLISTIC KINESIOLOGY . By using Holistic Kinesiology techniques, imbalances within the meridian system of the body are able to be identified and then corrected to help achieve balance so that the body is in the best state to achieve health and vitality. Kinesiology is effective for dealing with emotional as well as physical issues, it is a safe and gentle but can have a profound effect.

With Kinesiology you can discover foods that are having negative effect on your body and therefore should be avoided. REMEDIAL & RELAXATION MASSAGE . Stress, whether it be physical or emotional is a major cause of dis-ease resulting in muscular tension which leads to other symptoms such as headaches, muscle pain and lethargy. Massage is a very effective way to deal with tension and injury to soft tissues. Many different techniques may be used, this includes Acupressure and Cupping. For those who just need some time out or wish to simply induge themselves, a massage will be specifically taylored for your needs. Essential oils may be used to enhance the experience.
