We are a Boutique Wellness Centre dedicated to musculoskeletal Wellness & Prevention for you & your family.
Our Wellness philosophy is aimed at simply helping you be best you can be. At AMC we aim to maximise joint & muscular movement, embracing a holistic & preventive approach, recognising that a healthy body, mind & lifestyle supplies the necessary foundations for a healthy musculoskeletal system, now & in the future. CHIROPRACTIC
Our techniques include Sacro-Occipital Technique, NIS (Neurolink), NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) and Chirodontics. We use light force cranial and instrument adjusting techniques to safely treat and manage the spine and related joints through all ages and all stages of life.
MASSAGE
Deep tissue, relaxation, trigger point therapy, sports, stretch techniques, myofacial, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage, craniosacral.
BOWEN
Aimed at neuro-muscular re-programming, Bowen is performed by applying light touch to muscles, over clothing. May be used for a range of problems from body aches and pains to visceral (organ) problems such as menstrual pain to constipation where no underlying medical pathology exists.
