Remedial Massage is for those conditions that are giving you trouble. When an ache or sore group of muscles will not ease up then Remedial Massage is the solution. It is a firm massage targeting these sore areas with pressure to relieve the tension.
Pregnancy Massage is such an essential part of pregnancy I love to help work the aches out of your back and shoulders and give you that much needed rest time to help your baby grow.
