Arwen Ogilvy is a fully qualified shiatsu and reiki practitioner.
She works from home, so parking is easy and the treatment space is private, welcoming and peaceful.

Shiatsu is a Japanese style massage performed on a futon. It is a highly effective treatment using pressure, stretches and rotation to relieve tension and increase the circulation of blood and energy or qi throughout the body.
Reiki is a much more subtle treatment which rebalances the energy flows within the body.
The treatment Arwen offers is usually a combination of shiatsu and reiki, depending on the individual needs of the client.
Clients remain fully clothed during the treatment so it is best to wear comfortable clothing that will allow the body to move. It is advised that you allow yourself the space to relax after the treatment for a few hours.

Tuesday - Saturday by appointment. After hours appointments available.

1 hr treatment - $80
