Kazimirs Krasovskis
Kazimirs is a regular lecturer at the Melbourne School for FM Alexander Studies, running workshops on the application of Alexander Technique to postural issues, health and fitness, yoga, workplace and leisure activities, medical conditions and performance enhancement.
Kaz holds a Sivananda yoga teaching qualification in addition to his Alexander Technique yoga training.
For more than 10 years Kaz has worked with groups and individuals of all ages, including teenagers and children. He is also an accredited early childhood educator.
Before qualifying as an Alexander Technique practitioner, Kaz studied music performance (cello) at the Victorian College of Arts, the Australian National Academy of Music and in Germany at the Hannover University of Music and Drama.
Kaz's solo and chamber music performances have been broadcast on 3MBS Radio, and nationally on ABC Classic FM.
Kate Martin
Kate is a founding director of ATBodySense and a fully qualified Alexander Technique practitioner. Combining Alexander Technique and yoga, Kate is focused on helping clients with pain management, injury and illness rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
Kate has 10 years experience working with individuals and groups of all ages and is committed to helping her clients achieve a sense of well-being and pursue their goals.
Kate is registered with the Australian Society of Alexander Technique as a fully-qualified Alexander Technique practitioner. Kate also has a Bachelor of Music Performance from the Victorian College of the Arts.
