Kinesiology is the art and science of energy balancing. It identifies and corrects imbalances in the body and brings an individual closer to achieving their goals.

Amanda uses Kinesiology to assist in everything from anxiety to allergies, depressive tendencies to phobias. It can help balance most types of physical, emotional and structural pain, as well as assisting with learning difficulties, stress, goal development and self-esteem. It also helps with clarity of thought and decision making. Kinesiology can also assist in giving you the motivation to reduce weight, help you cope with relationship issues or simply let go of past traumas that may still affect your life today.

How does this work ?

Kinesiology recognises that there are flows of energy within the body that relate not only to the muscles but to every tissue and organ that go to make the body a living, feeling being.

These energy flows can be evaluated by testing the function of the muscles, which in turn reflect the body's overall state of structural chemical, or emotional balance.

In this way, Kinesiology taps into energies that the more conventional modalities overlook. Kinesiology looks beyond the symptoms. Kinesiology does not treat named diseases. Nor does it diagnose them.
Kinesiology is concerned with imbalances in the body's energy. In this respect, Kinesiology has close links with the acupuncture concept of energy flow.

Kinesiology is not limited to dealing with ailments. Energy balancing brings a person closer to achieving any goal of their choice - in sport, relationships, learning or coping with life in general.

New : PROXY KINESIOLOGY SESSIONS/ WORKSHOPS

Energetic Kinesiology proxy sessions works the same way.. its like surrogation, we sometimes surrogate for people's feelings and reactions without even being conscious about it.
what we are actually doing here is tuning into a energy field or a frequency. our frequencies radiate out of our physical body like a radio wave and we just need someone to pick up this wave. With your permission I will use my own muscle testing to test up information that is relevant for you and your goal or question.

Proxy sessions are usually well like by people with busy life styles, who find it difficult to set sufficient time aside for a in person, face-to-face consultation.

Energetic kinesiology is a quick 30 minute session which includes the proxy reading emailed to you or done over a Skype call. Once you have received it , I am also happy to take you through it over the phone and answer any questions you might have.
