Australian Mind & Body was established with a view to providing a natural healing alternative. It addresses the effect that a healthy and positive mind has on the health and wellbeing of the body.

    Profile

    Rick Harnwell is the founder of Australian Mind & Body and has gained an excellent reputation in alternative healing. An accredited Remedial Masseur and Clinical Hypnotherapist, he is able to offer a unique service which balances the mind and body whilst achieving a feeling of overall health and wellbeing.

    Having attained Diplomas in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Remedial Massage, Rick has further enhanced his healing skills with courses in Bowen Therapy, Neurostructural Integration, Ajna Healing, Trigger Point Therapy & Reflexology. He has also qualified as a Fitness Leader with accreditation in Strength and Conditioning.

    Australian Mind & Body offers a wide range of natural healing modalities including Clinical Hypnotherapy, Remedial & Relaxation Massage, Bowen Therapy, Neurostructural Integration and Trigger Point & Ajna Therapies. These services are designed to provide clients with an overall feeling of health and wellbeing.

    Clinical Hypnotherapy
    Clinical Hypnotherapy allows for changes in the mindset and habits of clients to improve their quality of life. It is used for overcoming destructive habits such as smoking, alcohol abuse and nail biting; overcoming phobias such as spiders, air travel, confined spaces, etc as well as for Hypnobirthing, weight loss, and improving self esteem.

    Massage & Energy Healing
    Massage is offered in a variety of styles including Remedial, Relaxation, Sports & Oriental as well as the use of Trigger Point Therapy to overcome pain and discomfort. Bowen Therapy, Neurostructural Integration and Ajna Therapy are used to balance the energies of the body.
