I have been working as a qualified massage therapist for 16 years on the Central Coast and my priority as a therapist is to provide a nurturing and professional environment to undertake specialised treatments using top quality products. I believe the basis of a good treatment is having a wholistic approach by understanding YOUR needs as the client.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE:YOU will destress and unwind with this most relaxing level of massage. The muscle tension in head, neck, shoulders and back will ease tremendously; YOU will feel extremely relaxed and grounded and be in a wonderful state of mind, better able to cope with YOUR day.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE; After an initial consultation I will pay particular attention to YOUR problem areas as well as bringing a sense of BALANCE to YOUR whole body. Using an essential oil blend to help ease major muscle tension in the body, this form of massage is very effective. Focusing on trigger points and using other specific techniques, the muscles will then function in a better way for YOU.
AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE: A particularly gentle style of massage using naturally occurring essential oils chosen just for YOUR needs (physical and emotional) to bring about balance in YOUR body. This treatment is very stimulating for the Lymphatic System (the body's front line of defence against infections,also the site of detoxifying the body by helping to rid of waste products). YOU will feel wonderfully relaxed and BALANCED.
HOT STONE MASSAGE; A deeply warming and relaxing massage therapy using the heat of especially selected stones with the added benefits of essential oils to release muscle tension.Heated stones are placed on strategic areas of the body and warm stones are used to massage through the muscle groups. YOU will love the feel of the warmth relaxing and 'melting' away muscle tension.
BODY SCRUBS AND WRAPS; This treatment will leave YOUR skin glowing and feeling extremely soft and hydrated. Different combinations may be used; from a salt scrub and massage, to adding a warm New Zealand thermal mud wrap(high in mineral content). Whichever you choose, YOU will look and feel great. Particularly good treatment at the change of seasons to slough away those dry skin layers to reveal YOUR glowing new skin beneath.
MOBILE MASSAGE; Outside of the Clinic I also provide a mobile massage service for YOU. Indulge in the luxury of massage therapy in the comfort of YOUR home or holiday accomodation. An ideal option for the 'Girls Weekend Away' or a treat for YOUR special weekend with your partner. At least 2 weeks notice necessary for booking groups and costs to be discussed upon booking,
