MODALITIES
HOLISTIC COUNSELLING
Using psychological counselling and psychotherapy, we will explore your thoughts and feelings safely and manageably. We use a wide range of different processes from Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, NLP, Gestalt, Psychodrama, Journeywork, Energy Psychology and elsewhere, to map out your problems, educate where useful, identify and understand the patterns and causes, and effect deep change and healing at the level of consciousness. These approaches provide the foundation for all personal development work.
CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY
When you close your eyes, you immediately step out of the limited intellectual mind, and access the strengths and wisdom of your unconscious mind. However, just as in daydreaming, you are always awake and always in control. In hypnotherapy, you are able to avail upon the enormous healing wisdom that resides within you. If our wonderful rational mind is aware of only ten percent (at best) of what is going on internally and externally, our subconscious mind is the powerhouse that has access to the other ninety percent. While using many of the techniques shared with counselling, their effectiveness is increased exponentially, as we use the language of your imagination rather than the limited thoughts of our cognitive mind. We work together to resolve problems where they mostly reside, hidden deep within your subconscious mind.
SPIRITUAL HYPNOTHERAPY
When we relax very deeply, to brainwave levels just above sleep, we can access memories that go beyond this current lifetime. Past Life Regression can allow us to resolve patterns and issues that were not created in your current life, but have carried over from previous incarnations. There is also tremendous therapeutic value in experiencing yourself beyond the limitations of your current body and personality, as it allows a ‘knowing’ of your immortal identity.

In order to keep our services accessible to as many people as possible, Awaken charges a fee that is about two thirds of the rate recommended by the Australian Psychological Society.
Some private health and Medicare rebates are available, depending on the services provided. Please feel free to contact us on 1300 616 570 to discuss your questions.
Cancelling more than 48hrs before session time is acceptable without a fee.
50% of fee is due if cancelling 24hrs before session time.
100% of fee is due if cancelling less than 24hrs prior to session time.
