Welcome to A Well Adjusted Clinic – Chiropractic and Massage.
At A Well Adjusted Clinic we focus on providing the highest quality in chiropractic care, specialising in pre and post natal care and childrens health. That's why we are one of the few clinics in Newcastle that provide a 10minute warm-up massage before each adjustment. The aim of this is to prepare your muscles for work that is about to take place in your body. Chiropractic is dealing with your spine and your Nervous System – we want your body to function as best as possible, in order to do this we need to remove pressure from your nerves and that is done by adjusting your spine and releasing tension in your muscles.
