THE INITIAL CONSULTATION - 60 minutes (By appointment only)
It involves determining what your body type (body constitution) is, and what the current state of balance or imbalance in the doshas is. If you are having a particular problem, it is important to find out the underlying cause. Therefore, you may be asked to provide the history of the illnesses in the past, treatment history, family history, occupational history, personal history (diet, lifestyle and habits) etc. Also taken into consideration, whether your age, your constitution, or the weather is contributing to the problem. To asses your state of health, different diagnostic techniques such as Pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, eye diagnosis, face, lips and nails examination will be used. Based on the findings you will be given a particular regimen to follow, which may involve Ayurvedic medicines, diet, exercise, breathing techniques and other self-care practices. If necessary, some sort of detoxification programs will be advised, like panchakarma, followed by a program for rebuilding the body’s strength and immunity.

SHIRODHARA
Ayurveda shirodhara is one of the most relaxing and healing panchakarma therapy available. Shirodhara treatment calms the overactive mind cools hot headed natures, reduces stress and irritability and improves sleep patterns. It is also beneficial for conditions such as endocrine gland imbalances, headaches and pains, memory loss, ear, nose and throat disturbances, cranial burning and hair lose. Shirodhara Panchkarma Shirodhara
KATI VASTI (Ayurvedic Back Care)
This is an intensely soothing massage treatment, in which warm herbalised oil is applied to the lower back area using a dam (container) made from dough. Kati Vasti is highly effective in relieving lower back pain and any complaints affecting the abdomen. This includes the irritable bowel syndrome, endometriosis,, menstrual and urinary tract disorders.

NASYA (Nasal Medication)
Nasya involves massage and softening of the neck, shoulder and face followed by inhalation of herbalised medicine via the nasal tract. This mobilizes mucous located in the head and neck area. Nasya heals the diseases of the throat, neck and head such as sinus congestion, common cold, chronic Sinusitis, allergies allergic rhinitis, migraines and eye and ear problems. It rejuvenates the muscles in this area and improves memory and concentration.

UDWARDHANA (Powder massage)
