Baby Massage Classes
Classes offer a loving, fun, one to one interaction with your baby enhancing bonding, relaxation & calmness.
You will learn:
- specific strokes to sooth your baby's discomfort with colic, gas, constipation and teething
- to understand your baby's non verbal cues
- how and when to massage your baby in a save way
- which oils to use
- contra - indications
- teaching your baby to relax
- how to incorporate massage into the daily care of your growing baby.
- how to massage your growing child
Baby massage strenghtens the immune system, improves digestion & sleep of your baby. It can be enjoyed by all family members & offers a new approach to your baby's health & family's wellbeing!
Baby massage is easily learned over 4 sessions. Each session runs for 1.5 hours.
Baby Massage Classes run monthly on:
- Wednesday morning from 9.30am till 11am.
- Friday morning from 11.00am till 12.30pm
Homeopathic First Aid Course.
