His methodology is unique, and is informed by the knowledge and philosophy of all these areas.
Simon offers a level of clinical experience that is beyond the average, and a balanced approach that combines the best of scientific and alternative techniques and interpretations.
He can help you with a wide variety of problems including:
Back and neck pain,
Headaches,
Sports and occupational injuries (incl tennis elbow and RSI),
Pain due to surgery,
Pain due to age,
Arthritic problems,
Anxiety and Stress,
Immune problems such as unresolving infections and chronic fatigue,
Pain in bodily organs (incl heart, bowel, gall bladder etc)
Depression, unresolved grief and grievences.
We specialise in persistent, difficult problems and unusual presentations.
Treatment sessions are individually structured to your needs, and conducted in a calm, unhurried and professional manner.
The method of application is simple, and similar to a low level laser treatment you might recieve in any physiotherapy clinic,
but this is a therapy that gives information to the cells of your body, and the range of benefits is vastly increased.
This has become the treatment of choice because:
Results are rapid and painless, and often occur where other treatments have failed.
The application of light if pleasant and relaxing for the client.
By re-tuning the bodies communication system, this modality produces lasting benefit.
Colorpuncture works on multiple levels - mental, emotional and physical - so problems such as anxiety and panic, or chronic fatigue, respond as easily as sprains and strains.

About Colorpuncture and Light.
To many people it seems a bit mysterious that light can be an effective treatment modality, yet not only is it effective but it yields results in many areas where other methods have little impact. To understand why this is we must explain a little basic history and science.
In 1970 biophysicist and nobel laureat Fritz Albert Popp made a startling discovery that would place his career in jeopardy. He discovered that the human body emits Biophotons, we constantly give off light! To some this may not be suprising, as common sense indicates that we give off heat, which is technically infra-red light...but at this stage of history the notion was radical enough to send shock waves through the conservative scientific community, and the idea met with a wave of resistence and ridicule that cost him his post in academia.
Based on experiments performed with a purpose-built photon counter, placed within a light excluding (total dark) chamber, he was able to measure streams of weak light (which he dubbed as Biophotons) coming off all areas of the human body (and other organic entities) at a rate of about 10 photons per square centimeter per second. (The more primative the organism the more light it emits, so vegetables produce ten times the light density of a human).
Futhermore this light is highly coherent (it is organised and behaves cooperatively).
From his observations he proposed that :
When light is shon upon a cell, photons are "stored" in the DNA, and latter re-emitted as an organised signals - Biophotons.
That Biophotons are the information that initiates cellular reaction, not a random biproduct of metabolism.
That they regulate about 100 000 chemical reactions per cell and per second, responsible for the metabolism and fundamental regulatory activities of the body. (Prior to this no one had been able to explain what orchestrates this highly complex and exquisitly timed chemical system. For it obviously can't be chemically controlled, that would be too slow, and it leads to the question "what organises the chemicals that organise the chemicals...etc)
That Biophotons initiate biological rhythms, repeating the same pattern of emission on regular cycles (eg. 7,14,32,80 & 240 days).
That the health of a human (or food stuff) can be distiguished by the quality of the light emitted. Eg Cancer patients were shown to have lost this natural rhythm and coherence.
That Ill health is a state where the light waves are out of sync.
In short, that we have a "light" field body, that organises the physical body, and that LIGHT IS INFORMATION for the body.
Well you'd think that would be enough for another nobel prize, but it fact Popp became an outcast. However, convinced of the veracity of his science, and the truth of his conclusion he persisted in this line of enquiry, and at this stage has wide ranging suport from the scientific community (but not total acceptance).
Once the informative nature of light is recognised, it is a short step to the realisation that, given the correct frequencies and sequencing, light can assist in reorganising the human biosystem towards health. German Natropath, Peter Mandel, formulated a system to do this called Colorpuncture.
This grew out of a discovery, whilst playing with a kirlian camera, that light shon upon the acupuncture points of the skin produces immediate and measurable clinical response. Building on the work of Popp, and his own skills as a clinician, he painstakingly identified those frequencies of light that produce the best bio-energetic response. At this stage colorpuncture uses a palette of 16 basic frequencies (colors including grey, infra-red and ultra-violet) that can be modulated and combined in infinate combinations. It also incorperates the use of micro-currents of electricity, and crystal regulators (that reflect the light emitted by cells back towards its source).
During a session, a weak, highly specific, light is applied directly to the acu-points on the skin. The light has to be weak in order to resemble cellular communication signals, and be recognised by the body as a meaningful stimuli. (Stronger stimuli are discarded by the body). Each point is stimulated from 10 seconds, to up to a minute. Multiple points are covered in one session, often a variety of wave lenghts is used in a carefully selected sequence.
Colorpuncture, is a clinical art, not a hard science. Similar to traditional chinese acupuncture, it takes many years to perfect the matching of treatments to the huge variety of human symptoms, and a highly skilled level of clinical assessment. However, it is a very rewarding treatment option, that often produces almost magical results in difficult situations.
Regardless what you think about the scientific controversy of this approach, the results speak for themselves.
The reasons for choosing this as a treatment option are simple: it is safe, respectful, gentle, non-invasive, well though-out, and it works!

What does a session involve?
You will be made welcome, and a mini interview is made to determine the nature, location and relevant history of your problem.
You will be asked to lie on the couch, wearing a comfortable amount of clothing.
The therapist will scan your body, whilst chatting to you. The scan involves light touch, some palpation around problem areas, and reading with a pedulum or kinesiology technique.
Information will be fed back to you about the findings.
The appropriate light frequencies or other modalities are selected.
A weak, highly specific, light is applied directly to the acu-points on the skin.
Each point is treated from 10 secs to a minute.
Multiple points are treated, reassesed and treated again during a session, until a satisfactory change is detected.
You generally feel a pleasant and relaxing sense of energy flow in the body as the treatment is received.
You will be asked what you are feeling, all sensations and emotions that arise in you during a session are considered relevant...how your body responds tells the therapist what is necessary next.
The session is concluded with appropriate analysis and advice.
How many sessions are required?
This depends on the severity and length of presence of the symptoms, and on your general state of health.
In general, an "average" problem such as back spasm or knee pain, or 'fresh' tennis elbow, requires about three sessions.
More complicated presentations, such as a pain that has been present for several months, about six sessions.
Deep and severe problems can only be estimated on an individual basis.
Treatment is usually spaced at once or twice a week, depending on how acute the problem is.
Cost and Duration
Sessions are 30 minutes in duration.
Cost is $60
Private Health Insurance Rebates are available

Testimonials
My family and I have been receiving treatment from Simon Cribb on and off for the last 15 years. We have all gone along to Simon with various aches and pains and injuries, but it was the treatment I received from him after my encounter with breast cancer, one year ago, that I found to be the most profound.
Having had a double mastectomy, and then 5 months of chemotherapy, Simon helped me not only with my post-operative problems associated with tissue/nerve damage, but also with reducing toxicity in my body, due to chemo, and supporting my immune system, as it had been ravaged by poisons! He used non-invasive light therapy on my scarring which gave me much relief and movement in my arms. he was able to treat my damaged veins that had collapsed during chemotherapy, so they were softened, and pain free. He was able to work on my thymus, which took such a beating, with my immune system being so compromised, along with my liver and spleen. Between chemotherapy treatments I would have a session with Simon, and come away feeling nutured, calmer, and more balanced.
I've always believed him to be one of those unique beings on Earth, who can read a body intuitively, and yet he's constantly searching his area of interest, always coming up with another new development, with the health and well-being of his clients being his prime motivation.
Thankyou Simon!

I have been very impressed with the professional and caring approach thatSimon Cribb utilizes in the application of his medical practice Physiotherapy Service.
I had a severe problem with my shoulder which Simon was able to remedy after four visits.

I like Simon’s ways of treatment. He is gentle, and not a crack-and-manipulate type of therapist.
He achieves surprising results because of his deep understanding and curiosity of the physical and emotional states. He treats the whole body, not just the symptom. He is a good diagnostician. He will let you know if he can help, and will advise what expectations the patient should have. He is honest, kind and pleasant. He is constantly adding to his knowledge and experience. He can treat an amazing array of disorders, and his talent is not just confined to the physical.
