About Belinda
Belinda is a professionally trained remedial therapist interested in achieving a better state of health for her clients, paying attention to their individual requirements, be it for an ongoing treatment plan, or just the occasional visit.
Whether your goals are stress-reduction and relaxation, increasing your quality and range of movement, or pain & injury rehabilitation, Belinda will help you achieve these using a combination of relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, stretches, trigger point therapy, Shiatsu and remedial techniques.
After considering your medical history and hearing your own goals for treatment, she will work with you to decide on the most appropriate treatment plan & will then employ a various range of techniques to address your concerns.
These techniques focus on restoring function directly to soft tissue (tendon, ligament, muscle and fascia) which in turn has a positive effect on joint and bone functionality.
Belinda has experience treating a range of dysfunctions including migraine and headache, frozen shoulder, scoliosis, arthritis complaints, RSI, sports and stress injuries (eg- calf & hamstring tears), hip-misalignment, lower back pain, and Achilles tendonitis.

* Myofascial cupping- a technique involving cups attached to the skin via suction to acheive a deep release of muscles & fascia
* Pregnancy massage- Belinda has done extra training in pregnancy massage & has a sound knowledge of conditions & complaints specific to expectant mothers
* Reflexology- Offered as a relaxation treatment to balance the body's energy flow
* Home visits- Ideal for one person, couples, several family members or an occasion with a group of friends (such as a hen's night, brithday etc). Travel fee will be waived for 2 or more hours.
* Workplace Massage- Seated or table massage, using oil or massage through clothing for staff or special events. Please contact to discuss options & determine prices.

60 minute regular rebooking (at studio)- $60
