Massages
There are many different types of massage. We integrate Flower Essences into all of our massages to help you to release physical tension from your neck, back, shoulders and to harmonise your body mind and spirit, so you will feel even more relaxed, fantastic and joyful. We will customise your massage to your personal needs and preferences. The most popular is is our famous Hot Rock Massage.
Relaxation Massage
A beautiful relaxing massage with long deeply relaxing strokes that will deeply relax body mind and spirit.
Massage & Facial Combo
A very therapeutic deeply relaxing treatment combats anxiety and depression, balancing body and mind.
Pregnancy Massage
A very nurturing massage that helps relieve the minor discomfort of pregnancy, making you feel lighter and rejuvenated.
Hot Rock Massage
This therapeutic massage will melt away all your tension and deeply relax the whole body. It relieves sore necks, backs and releases muscle tension caused by exercise.
Remedial Massage
Specialised techniques using deeper massage and cross fibre release to help relieve deep-seated and chronic back-, shoulder- or neck pain. These methods also help with injuries recovery.
Himalayan Salt Glow
A full body exfoliation with mineral rich Himalayan salt, to encourage skin rejuvenation. Hot towel cleanse, followed by a moisture massage with organic coconut body butter to leave your skin beautiful and soft. This treatment is perfect to add on after your massage or as a treatment on it’s own.
