Welcome to Belridge Chiropractic

I am a family chiropractor, dad of 3, and like to take care of mums, dads, grans, grandpas, aunts, uncles, little & big brothers & sisters and have been in practice for over 10 years.

My focus is purely chiropractic as we believe that a well aligned spine will give your body optimal nervous function, metabolism, flexibility & energy.

Your nerves carry the messages to tell each of your body parts what to do.

Did you know
that that if your spine is misaligned then your nerves might not be working properly?

This can affect all your body functions, including:
  • Digestion
  • Metabolism (weight management)
  • Hormones
  • Heart
  • Memory and Brain function
  • Sleep
  • Energy Levels
  • Sight, Hearing, Balance + MORE

For example many of the nerves controlling your sight stem from your neck so if your neck is misaligned then your sight may be improved by chiropractic adjustments.

In babies, colic, reflux, constipation, sleep & feeding difficulties are common when the spine is misaligned.

In kids, delayed milestones, co-ordination, learning, concentration, reading, irritability and behavioural difficulties are common when the spine is misaligned.

Is My Spine Misaligned?

Your spine can become misaligned from:
  • Poor posture
  • Car accidents, accidents or falls
  • Twisting
  • Carrying excess weight
  • Jarring activities and SPORTS
  • Pregnancy (ligaments loosen)
  • Babies’ spines can be misaligned during the birth process (even caesareans).

Whilst some people have symptoms of back pain and headaches, your spine can be misaligned long before any symptoms appear so I advise regular spine checks & care to maintain healthy spinal alignment and to keep you as HEALTHY as you can be.

How Can You Tell if My Spine is Misaligned?

When you come in for your first COMPLIMENTARY check-up, I will do gentle Nerve Function & Reflex Tests and may recommend X-Rays.

I am Pregnant, How Can Chiropractic Help?

Chiropractic can assist relieve pregnancy associated back pain, improve pelvic alignment giving you the best chance of a healthy, natural childbirth. Regular chiropractic adjustments can help your hormone balance, giving you the best chance of happy, healthy pregnancy.
