I have worked as a Kinesiologist for over 10 years and I am still amazed by the changes it facillitates in people. Every session is different just as the clients themselves are different. Everyone has their own set of genetics,and life experiences which shapes their belief systems and ultimately their behaviour. Kinesiology with neuro training can find out which beliefs and values are useful and infuse them. Conversely we can retrain patterns and beliefs that are less useful and are holding people back from being the best they can be.
In this way Kinesiology deals with the cause of the stress and imbalance not just the symptoms. This can bring profound insight and change. Due to kinesiology's holistic approach, anyone can benefit from a kinesiology session. How many people today are truly happy and relaxed. The most common complaint I hear from people is that they are stressed, anxious and/or not sleeping well. Energy and motivation are often low: they are often running on adrenalin and are in fight/flight mode. Eventually this will lead to disease on a physical, mental and/or emotional level.
