Those I've assisted in the past have described me as intuitive, informative, open-minded, empathetic and kind.
I aspire to live up to these opinions, and continue to grow vicariously and experientially to best help those who come to me as a client.
Though I'd describe myself as the eternal student, I see my role as a teacher and a healer, and enjoy utilising my skills as a humanitarian, Reiki Master, Naturopath and Holistic Counsellor to bring about a true sense of self empowerment in those ready to embark or enhance their healing journey.
A consultation can naturally interweave the specific modalities described below, or the client may specify how they wish their time with me to be spent.

Our Therapies
Reiki
REIKI works on the energy centres of the body to stabilise and balance our 'being' on all levels.
We are constantly involved with energy in motion, our ability to flow with these energies determines our state of health.
Sometimes we feel run down, exhausted physically or emotionally, or just 'not quite right'.
rei(universal)- ki(energy) enhances self-awareness, relaxation, sleep quality and mood. Reiki can speed up healing, shift/transmute pain,and calm stressed or agitated states. As Reiki balances energy in the body it will calm, clarify, centre and cultivate positivity in the recipient.
Reiki is independent of opinion, working whether it is felt or believed.
A session involves the practitioner being a channel for Reiki energy. The client remains fully clothed and comfortably covered on a treatment table while non-invasive hand placements are carried out by the practitioner.
The client may feel nothing but peaceful, or as much as warmth, energy or colour, depending on the individual. All will feel more relaxed and revitalised following a treatment, improved sleep is usual.
Naturopathy
NATUROPATHY is an opportunity to apply 'earth remedies' to assist achieving wellness in the client.
The initial consultation generally creates a framework for treatment based on an in depth health analysis. This can involve iris, skin, tongue and nail analysis, as well as questions pertinent to specific body systems. This all communicates to me what the body may be trying to express in the unwell state.
Treatment can involve dietary designs, herbal medicines (tea/tincture/creams), flower essences, mineral therapy, nutritional supplementation or lifestyle adjustments.
I see Naturopathy as taking the time to note expression by the body, and working with the individual's health picture to achieve full wellness potential; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Holistic Counselling
HOLISTIC COUNSELLING focus's on the client entire, not just the issue at hand.
This type of counselling recognizes that an individual holds every answer they are searching for, and seeking guidance with. If the client works toward balance on all levels, they are then better equipped to manage their own life with a smile, making decisions with confidence.
Drawing on Gestalt techniques, art, music and colour therapies, guided meditation and more, Holistic Counselling is a vehicle for self-empowerment and positive change at the clients pace.
Suitable for consultations of any nature: individual, couples, parent-child, siblings or family.
